You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use GetOneChance. By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to submit it.

GetOneChance is a trust-driven social impact technology platform that connects verified individuals with voluntary supporters. It is not an NGO, charity or crowdfunding platform. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

Every request is subject to a verification review before publication. We may request additional information or supporting details to confirm authenticity. We reserve the right to approve, reject, delay or remove any request at our discretion. Verification does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of any individual.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, impersonate others, misuse the platform, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Contributions made through the platform are voluntary. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Any platform fee that may apply will be displayed clearly before payment. You agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor when making a payment. Please also review our Refund Policy.

All content, branding, design, and software on GetOneChance are owned by AiAstra Innovations Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

GetOneChance provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiAstra Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or for the conduct of any user, supporter or third party. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee any outcome.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
