We use your information to verify and publish requests, connect verified individuals with supporters, process voluntary contributions, respond to your enquiries, and improve and secure the platform. We publish only the minimum necessary publicly — typically a first name or initials, a broad region, category and a short summary. Full identities and exact personal details are not shown publicly.

We use essential cookies to operate the platform — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. These are used for core functionality and security. We do not use cookies to sell your personal data.

Voluntary contributions and any applicable payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. When you make a payment, your payment details are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their security standards and privacy policy. We do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers.

GetOneChance runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your data is stored and processed using AWS infrastructure, which provides industry-standard physical and network security. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data at every step.
