Does it cost anything to submit a request?
No. Submitting a request is completely free, and no account is needed. Any platform fee that may apply to a payment in the future will always be shown clearly before you pay.
How are requests verified?
Every request goes through a structured review before it is published. Our team, supported by community volunteers, confirms the authenticity of the details. Only verified requests become visible to supporters.
How is my privacy protected?
We publish only what is necessary — a first name or initials, a broad region, the category and a short summary. Full identities and exact personal details are never shown publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do people who receive support have to repay it?
